Fictional coordinates of death

Coordinates of Death is a soviet-era war movie made between Soviet and Vietnamese filmmakers about their regimes' take on the American war efforts during the Vietnam War.
This pattern is the style in which the American soldiers of the movie were clad.

The base pattern and indeed uniform was made with the Sun Bunnies pattern with a pale base color (unclear from screenshots, but grey or khaki is likely) with brown and green stairstepped shapes either printed on top or sprayed on.  Intermittently branching shapes reminiscent of amoebas in black/charcoal have been spray painted on top of all other shapes.

By what I can tell, each uniform was unique, with the shapes using the same two or three swatches.
