Imperial Uniform

This is the Standard Issue service uniform for the Imperial Military. As an adversary state to the Republic, the Empire has eschewed itself from all Republic military traditions and taken a modern approach to their uniform design. As reflected by the body politic, individualism is downplayed: no medals are shown on the uniform, only the rank. Rank itself is indicated by a metal plate above the left breast pocket. Branch is not indicated in any way, other than by the personal ID code each soldier is assigned. Should the soldier not memorize his code (which is a big no-no), he must carry with him at all times a datacard signifying his corps, his unit, rank and station within said unit, and his name and personal ID. An example would be 01-028-12-03-001-14-01-00211138 for a naval captain, with 01 meaning his corps, 028 being a certain fleet, 12 being a flotilla in that fleet, 03 a certain ship, 001 commanding officer of said ship, 14 captain grade, 01 line officer, with 00211138 being an assigned personal ID.
