MIR-08 Reservist Rifle

A militarised reservist rifle , better optimised for the stresses of combat. Uses the same 6.5x40mm cased cartridge.
This is available upon the end of a soldier's conscript period in the Republic military. This weapon requires licenses for projectile weapons, for semi-automatic weapons, fully automatic weapons and military grade weapons and a special permit from the unit (division/brigade) from which the conscript is assigned for reserves.
This weapon can be costumised for any and all modular equipment available in the military and the commercial scene.
Whoever owns this weapon is required by military law to maintain it, train with it at least monthly, keep six magazines and at least three refills each worth of ammo (30x6x3). This weapon is meant for home defense and emergency militia mobilisation. However, some use it for light hunting as well.
